Prabhjot S. Bhatia — Founder & CEO

Prabhjot (“Prabh”) is a marine engineering leader with over 40 years of experience across shipbuilding, LNG newbuildings, offshore systems, and classification. His career spans sea service, shipyard engineering, plan approval, and megaproject leadership—a rare combination that shapes Nimrana’s engineering DNA.

Key milestones include:

Over four decades, Prabh has led engineering programmes spanning shipyards, classification societies, and global energy majors.

Chief Engineer on VLCCs and senior systems engineer in Singapore yards.

Plan approval engineer at ABS, including the first five LNG carriers at Hudong Shipyard.

ABS‑qualified ISM/ISPS/HSEQ auditor with extensive compliance experience.

Leadership in the construction of 45 Q‑Flex and Q‑Max LNG carriers, the world’s largest, featuring the first onboard reliquefaction plants for Qatargas — built at HHI, Samsung, and DSME.

Head of Marine Engineering at KBR London, contributing to FLNG, FSRU, and FPSO conversion projects.
